The shrimps are fished at deep water outside Egersund. At Løining shrimps are boiled, cleaned and controlled, before they are sorted by size and put in the spesial brine, developed by the Løining family.
In addition to peeled shrimps, Løining A/S delivers mussels, crayfishtails and crabsticks in brine.
The products are supplied in a range of container sizes as well as smaller glass jars.
The most sought after size is 1,5kg pails for proffessional kitchens.
